† Course sessions that are denoted as "Web-based" will be delivered over the web for remote participants using a tool such as GoToMeeting. A GNWT representative will follow up with attendees prior to the course start date with details for accessing the session remotely.

This introductory session is intended for employees of social departments, but is not restricted to them.

The intent is to socialize GNWT employees to the state of service delivery in our territory, why the need for change exists and how the GNWT has committed to changing, and introduces the concepts of equitable, person-centered service delivery.
