The Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT) is committed to providing and maintaining a workplace that is free of harassment and where all employees are treated with dignity and respect. This session covers:

•  A basic understanding of the GNWT Harassment Free and Respectful Workplace Policy;

•  Identifying the four types of workplace harassment covered under the Policy;

•  Understanding  the roles and responsibilities for creating and maintaining respectful workplaces;

•  What constitutes rude, offensive, disrespectful and bullying/harassing workplace behaviours, and

•  What workplace harassment is not.

*** It is recommended that participants take the Labour Relations Training prior to taking the Harassment Free Respectful Workplace Training.
