† Course sessions that are denoted as "Web-based" will be delivered over the web for remote participants using a tool such as GoToMeeting. A GNWT representative will follow up with attendees prior to the course start date with details for accessing the session remotely.

This training consists of two half day sessions in the afternoon from 1:00pm-5:00pm. Please note you must attend both days to complete the training. This training will provide supervisors and managers with the requisite knowledge on GNWT policies and procedures regarding such topics as progressive discipline, medical termination, abandonment of position, suspension pending investigation, and attendance management.

This training is recommended for front-line supervisors, managers, and senior management who have not received labour relations training.  It is also recommended for Human Resource professionals who regularly provide advice to departmental managers.  Space is limited, so please register early.
