TELUS Health CBT (formerly AbilitiCBT) is an app-based program that delivers interactive, engaging, and convenient Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) delivered by professionally trained therapists through an online platform accessible 24/7 from home or anywhere through your mobile device or tablet.

How do I access TELUS Health CBT?

To sign up for TELUS Health CBT:

  1. Go to https://gnwt.abiliticbt.com/home
  2. Click “Get Started”
  3. Watch The Video
  4. Create Your Account: Provide your name, a username, email, and phone number. You will also need to create a password and agree to the terms and privacy policy.

To sign up for TELUS Health CBT - Indigenous Programs:

  1. Go to https://gnwtindigenous.abiliticbt.com
  2. Click “Get Started”
  3. Watch The Video
  4. Create Your Account: Provide your name, a username, email, and phone number. You will also need to create a password and agree to the terms and privacy policy.

To access TELUS Health CBT online:

  2. Click “Login”
  3. Enter your username and password

  • The Indigenous Programs uses a holistic, traditional healing approach intertwined with core Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) strategies to support you in your journey to better mental well-being. Programs include: Calm Water - Anxiety and Sun Rise - Depression.
  • Clinically effective, with confidential guided care and support from a dedicated expert trained therapist.
  • Self-paced, convenient, and accessible from home or anywhere, anytime to accommodate different schedules, including front-line and essential workers and those working from home.
  • User-friendly and engaging digital experience and available in English and French.
  • Access to a 24/7 crisis line throughout the program, if required.
