Effective May 29, 2023, the GNWT has moved its learning and development training platform onto the Enterprise Learning Management (ELM) system in SAM/HRIS (PeopleSoft).

Employees and Managers can access training opportunities by logging into SAM/HRIS and clicking the new Learning tile.

For members of the Public Service in the GNWT such as employees of the Northwest Territories Power Corporation, Hay River Health & Social Services Authority, and Workers’ Safety Compensation Commission, please reach out to your ELM point of contact for access to ELM. Once you have been granted an account, you can log on through ELM for External Users.

For questions related to future training offerings and enrollments please email training@gov.nt.ca.
