- On the main menu, you will see your name on the far right under ‘My HR’. This is your user menu. Click this button to reveal a drop down menu, then select ‘Course History’.
- The Course History page will display courses completed and registered for.
- Click on the ‘Edit My Registration’ button for the course session you wish to edit.
- If you wish to withdraw from the course, click on the ‘Withdraw’ button. For courses with fees, course session withdrawal must be made 10 days in advance of the course; otherwise your department will still be responsible for the course fees. Other courses, without fees, have a 48 hour withdrawal policy.
- If you need to edit personal details, complete the edits and click on the ‘Update Registration’ button.
- Your training records will be updated accordingly.
