Viewing & Editing a Course Session Registration

  1. On the main menu, you will see your name on the far right under ‘My HR’. This is your user menu. Click this button to reveal a drop down menu, then select ‘Course History’.
  2. The Course History page will display courses completed and registered for.
  3. Click on the ‘Edit My Registration’ button for the course session you wish to edit.
  4. If you wish to withdraw from the course, click on the ‘Withdraw’ button. For courses with fees, course session withdrawal must be made 10 days in advance of the course; otherwise your department will still be responsible for the course fees. Other courses, without fees, have a 48 hour withdrawal policy.
  5. If you need to edit personal details, complete the edits and click on the ‘Update Registration’ button.
  6. Your training records will be updated accordingly.
