New to emotional intelligence? Beginning or strengthening your journey to personal or professional leadership? Start here. This workshop will focus on the three main sub-sets of self-perception:
1. Self-Regard
Respecting oneself while understanding and accepting one’s strengths and weaknesses.

2. Self-Actualization
The willingness to persistently try to improve oneself and engage in the pursuit of personally relevant and meaningful objectives that lead to a rich and enjoyable life.
3. Emotional Self-Awareness
Recognizing and understanding one’s own emotions.  This includes the ability to differentiate between subtleties in one’s own emotions while understanding the cause of these emotions and the impact they have on one’s own thoughts and actions and those of others.
The objective of this workshop is to strengthen your own sense of self-perception through deepening your self-regard, self-actualization and personal emotional self-awareness.  You will be guided through a series of engaging, introspective and enlightening activities and be given the opportunity to extend your growth and learning beyond the workshop to continue your self-perception development.

This workshop is arguably the most important of the five workshop in the series as it is foundation on which the other four core functions are built upon.
