

Coaching is an approach to personal and professional development. Coaching allows coach and ‘coachee’ to build a supportive relationship and set shared goals.
Although there will be many times in your role as a manager when you will need to give your employees clear direction, when you are coaching, refrain from giving direction or presenting solutions.
Instead, ask more questions and guide your coachee so they can find the answers to their questions.
