Lesson 4: Coaching skills

Certain skills will help you be a great coach, like asking good questions and active listening. Active listening means turning off the conversation that is going on inside your head while the other person is speaking. As a coach, you do not need to have the solution ready, so don’t waste valuable listening time problem-solving. Just focus and listen.
