In creating an action plan with your employees, you will need to ask several questions to pin down the details. By far the most important of these are:

When are you going to do it?

Will this action meet your goal?

What obstacles might you meet along the way?

What support do you need?

On a scale of 1-10 rate your degree of certainty that you will carry out this plan.

What prevents it from being a 10?
