A majority of GNWT employees will follow the Fiscal Year Cycle for Performance Development. This encompasses work completed from April 1 to March 31. Due dates in ePerformance will reflect those of indeterminate employees following the fiscal year cycle.
When do I start my new Annual Cycle?
For indeterminate employees, new year Performance Documents are loaded into ePerformance by May 1st of the new fiscal year.
The performance Criteria (entry of Objectives and Learning Plans) should be entered and approved by the supervisor in ePerformance by June 30.
When do I finalize my previous year’s document?
At the end of the fiscal year, Evaluations on the previous fiscal year should commence (April 1).
For example: The Evaluations for the 2019-2020 fiscal year, should commence on or around April 1, 2020.
