There are two types of accounts used to access this website. One type is your GNWT user account that you would use to login to your Windows computer. If you are having trouble accessing this password, you can use the Self Service Reset Password Management tool provided by the Technology Services Centre.

The other type of account is a My HR account, that you would have created through this site and was approved by one of our administrators. To recover your password for this type of account, please use the My HR Password Reset tool on this website. You will be prompted for your email address. Once submitted, a one-time login link will be sent to your email. With this link, you can recover access to your My HR account and create a new password.
