This course is the fifth of 10 in the Project Management certificate program. Balance the conflicting resource and priority demands of multiple cross-functional projects, while maintaining the strategic values of your organization. In this course, you will learn to:

• Manage resources through project prioritization.
• Evaluate and select projects based on strategic importance to the organization.
• Learn to apply a filter mechanism to assess all projects prior to making a “go-no go” decision.
• Define success criteria for each project.
