What is Domestic Violence?

- Domestic Violence Leave
Employees affected by domestic violence may access leave provisions, allowing them time to manage their situations without fear of losing their jobs. - Confidential Assistance
Our Employee Family Assistance Program (EFAP) offers confidential counseling and support services, helping you navigate through these challenging times. - Safety and Risk Assessments
We conduct workplace safety and risk assessments to ensure that your work environment remains safe and supportive. - Resources
Access to legal advice and emergency protection orders is available to provide immediate assistance and protection when needed. - Training
Training modules for all Managers to recognize the signs of domestic violence and learn how to respond effectively. Resources are available for managers to help them support their teams appropriately.
