Onboarding Guides

In addition to the resources found through the Enterprise Learning Management (ELM) system and the User Productivity Kits (UPKs), onboarding guides have also been developed to support employee introduction and transition into the GNWT workforce:

• The New Employee's Guide to Onboarding document walks new employees through the first 90 days of employment, including checklists of things and topics to review, tools to utilize and training that is to be completed.
• The Summer Student Onboarding Guide walks summer students through the first 30 days of employment, with checklists to help them through their onboarding process which includes mandatory training.
