In PeopleSoft, go to HRIS > Self-Service > Benefits > Leave Details/Benefit Info

Enter your employee ID number, or select 'Search' and it will pull it up.

This opens an employee information window which provides plan numbers for:

a) Health Care Number – PSHCP Certificate Number (Canada Life)

b) Dental Number  – Green Shield Dental Plan

c) PSMIP (IAN) Nbr -  Insurance Certificate Number

d) Pension Nbr - Superannuation - Not Applicable for Employees

e) Pension Nbr -- PRI - Public Service Pension PRI - Personal Record Identifier

Note that Benefits Plan Numbers are also found at Self-Service>Report Time>Timesheet

Scroll down the page and click on "Leave Details and Employee Information" .  Follow the steps as above.
