C.O.R.E. De-escalation (HAY RIVER)

In this two-day workshop, students will learn how to de-escalate conversations by Creating Opportunities with Respect and Empathy (C.O.R.E.). Rather than simply managing conflict, students will learn the skills to view difficult interactions as an opportunity to strengthen relationships, not harm them. C.O.R.E. De-escalation is the culmination of 20 years of experience delivering tactical communications workshops to thousands of Canadians across a diverse spectrum of professions and backgrounds.
