This four-day stand-alone course addresses the particular need for some minimum standards of training for operators of small commercial vessels (other than tug or fishing) up to 5 Gross Tonnage operating not more than 25 miles offshore and fishing vessels up to 15 Gross Tonnage or 12m overall length operating not more than 25 miles offshore.
