Your Personal Record Identifier (PRI) is required when contacting the Pension Centre. Your PRI can be found on your most recent pension statement or in HRIS as follows:

Plan Member Responsibilities

Information and services, including the You and Your Pension Plan video series is available to you to ensure you are informed about your options, entitlements and benefits under your pension plan.  Here you will find information on Service Buyback, Pension Entitlements, Pension Portability, Supplementary Death Benefit (SDB), Pension Benefits Division (PBD), and more.

If you are taking a leave of absence of more than six days: Contact the Pension Centre to ensure you are provided with information related to the payment of the pension contributions required for this period of leave.

IMPORTANT:  GCPC website functions requiring a ‘myKey’, ‘User Id’, or Compensation Web Application Tools (CWA) are not available to GNWT employee as we are a crown corporation.
