ScheduleSoft

Why is the employee's name red?

This means that the employee needs to be generated; this happens for a number of reasons, such as when they are first entered, or when they are added to a new bid line.

Why is the employee's name in brown with an *?

This happens when an employee has an inactive date set in the future. It alerts the Scheduler that this employee will become inactive in the future (represented by black shift cells from that point on in the schedule).

I can't sign into the Kiosk. Who do I contact?

Send us an email at hrhelpdesk@gov.nt.ca . Include 'ScheduleSoft' in the subject line, as well as your name and the unit you work in.

Note: If you are on extended leave, you will not be able to sign-in to the ScheduleSoft Kiosk.  The sign-in page will indicate that you need to contact your System Administrator if that is the case.  We are unable to reset your Kiosk password until your regular supervisor activates you in ScheduleSoft.
