Mental Health Supports
Self-Guided Digital Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
GreenShield Health's Digital CBT is an online program for people experiencing mild to moderate anxiety and depression. Interactive learning modules and tools help participants develop coping strategies, understand their experiences and work toward their individual wellness goals. Because the program is self-guided and available online, it can be accessed when and where it is convenient.
Children's Mental Health Support
Created for children ages 4-17, this service uses game-based activities to help children develop age-appropriate coping and emotional regulation skills based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles. Offered in partnership with Mightier, it combines digital gaming with off-screen activities to help children practice and reinforce what they are learning.
Substance Use Management
The Substance Use Management program provides evidence-based support for employees and eligible dependents who want to make changes to their relationship with substances. Support can be tailored to individual goals, including harm reduction or abstinence. The program is available digitally, making it easier to access support around work, family and other responsibilities. When additional support would be helpful, assessments and referrals are available to connect individuals with appropriate resources and care.
Total Health and Life Services
EAP support extends beyond counselling. Employees and eligible dependents can access professional support for a range of health and life needs, including:
- Legal and financial support: Unlimited
- Life transitions, health coaching and career counselling: up to 5 hours for each
