The Performance Development Seasonal Hard-Copy Guide, is a step-by-step guide designed to assist Managers in understanding the GNWT’s Performance Development Program process, specifically relating to completing hard-copy documents with seasonal employees and loading these documents into the ePerformance module in HRIS (PeopleSoft).  

This process may also be used in cases where employees do not have access to a computer, or where they are not required to use a computer in their role.
