Medical travel assistance entitlements for employees are contained in collective agreements and employee handbooks.

APPLICATION

Medical travel assistance entitlements do not apply to casual employees, substitute teachers, employees on leave without pay who do not remain in the Northwest Territories, seasonal employees during the seasonal lay-off, and employees of the NWT Power Corporation.
