What are my annual human resources HR deadlines?

There are a number of annual HR deadlines that you should be aware of, including:

March 31st:  Fiscal year end. All leave in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) (PeopleSoft Self-Service) must be approved or denied.

April 15th:  Earliest hiring date for summer students through the Summer Student Employment Program (SSEP).

April/May:  Each year managers are expected to complete Employee Performance Appraisals with each employee. Please contact your Human Resource Representative to obtain a copy of the most up-to-date performance review tools.

June 30th:  Pay for Performance nomination deadline (responsibility of Deputy Heads).

August 30th:  Final day summer students can be hired through the Summer Student Employment Program (SSEP).

November 30th: Deadline to submit Internship Application Form and accompanying documents to the Internship Program.
