Action:
- Once you have identified the need and obtained approval to fill a vacancy, please fill out the Staffing Action Request form.
Once the form is completed and signed, please submit a copy to your Human Resource Representative.
If the staffing action results in a top candidate who does not hold a priority entitlement under the Indigenous Employment Policy (IEP), Appendix A: Rationale for Non-Priority Hire must be completed prior to extending a verbal offer to a Non-Priority candidate.
Incomplete forms or those missing required information will be returned to the sender. Action will only be taken once all required fields are completed. If you have any questions when filling out the form(s), please contact your Human Resource Representative for assistance.
